The printed card wallet is a cost effective and easy-to-use packaging solution for both CDs and DVDs. It protects the disc from scratches and seals out dust and dirt. It is lightweight but strong making it a good choice for mailing out large quantities, or for presentations on magazine covers.

One of the advantages of using card wallets over plastic cd packaging is its versatility for presenting information about the product. The card can be printed in full colour using graphics and text, sealed with a protective coating for a high quality finish. They can also be embossed or foil blocked.

Our lancing packs represent a superior form of card wallet. Made from high quality card, they can have either thumb-cut or crescent-cut on the disc panel to make removing the disc easier. They also have an additional panel that folds back over the disc panel. This allows for extra graphic space and additional protection to the disc. lancing packs can be 6printed pages or eight printed pages and can have pockets or die cut slits to hold extra discs or inserts.

Their construction can be that the browser panel of the lancingpack can be single thickness or double thickness. When single thickness, the pack must be printed 4/4 (printed both sides) or the inside will be white.  lancing packs are ideal for product promotion, allowing more information about the contents than standard card wallets. Fully recyclable due to its cardboard construction, the lancing packs provide a luxurious but environmentally conscious CD and DVD packaging solution.
