CD duplication is the process of Duplicating Data or Audio onto blank, recordable CDr media. We only use Grade 'A' media as in our experience when corners are cut on media quality to reduce pricing, final product quality is often adversely affected.

Once your CDrs have been duplicated, the artwork can be printed in a few different ways depending on price, lead time and preference. The most cost effective and fastest option is our Digital Print, but we can also print using the thermal, Ink-Jet or Screen print process.

We offer an extensive range of print and packaging to go with the CDs and have a short run Digital Print facility to complement our short run cheap CD duplication service.
These are ideal for record labels, corporates or individuals who have a low volume of CDs to be produced.
These can be packed in all of the common formats such as: Jewel cases, Maxi-Single cases, Slimline CD cases, dvd cases, slim dvd cases, C-Shells, Plastic wallets, card wallets, ejector cases and many other options. Where applicable these are also available with multi page, full colour booklets and inlays.

2. Your Order is set up in our Order Processing System and a unique order number issued

3. You are sent an order confirmation email highlighting any information that is necessary to us but missing at the time of setting up the order (e.g. delivery information or production parts)

4. A physical proof is produced and sent to you for apporval

5. Once approved by you in writing, we ask for payment (unless you have opened an account with us)

6. We begin mass production and soon after your order will be delivered.
