DVD duplication is the most cost effective method for producing low volume quantities, typically less than 500 units. For higher quantities we recommend DVD replication as a more cost effective option.  DVD duplication is the process of duplicating Data or Audio onto blank DVDr media. To ensure only the highest quality results we only use Grade 'A' media as in our experience, cheap DVDr media is a false economy due the the quality issues that may follow.

Our DVDr Duplication facility is a 24-7 operation, utilising state of the art equipment  to duplicate the content. Once the DVDr discs have been duplicated, the artwork can be printed in a variety of different ways. The most common print option is our Digital Print, but we can also Thermally print, Ink-Jet print and Screen print the discs depending on time and costs.

We have an full range of print and packaging and have a short run Digital Print facility to complement our low run DVDr duplication service. These are ideal for Film companies, Productction companies, Record labels, corporates or individuals that need to have a low volume of DVDs produced. DVDrs can be packed in any of the common formats such as DVD cases, slim DVD cases, C-Shells, Plastic wallets, card wallets, Jewel cases, Maxi-Single cases, Slimline CD cases, ejector cases and many other options. These are all avaialable with multi page, full colour booklets and inlays where applicable.

 Order Process

1. We receive your artwork,  DVD Master & Purchase Order

2. Your Order is set up on our Order Processing System and a unique order number issued

3. You are sent an order confirmation email highlighting any information that is necessary to us but missing at the time of setting up the order (e.g. delivery information or production parts)

4. A physical proof is produced and sent to you for apporval

5. Once approved by you in writing, we ask for payment (unless you have opened an account with us)

6. We begin mass production of your DVDrs and soon after your order will be delivered.
