USB drive-to-DVD burner unveiled
An electronics manufacturer has unveiled its new memory card-to-DVD burner.
EZPnP has announced its new desktop series of EZDigimagic DM550 desktop products which follow on from its portable range of CD/DVD burners.
According to the firm, the device allows for one-touch direct data copying from a USB flash memory to a DVD.
It features a USB 2.0 interface together with a LCD display and weighs under three pounds.
"By utilising standard half-height DVD drives--instead of slim, notebook drives--the new products offer users enhanced value, speed performance and increased ruggedness," claims EZPnP.
"This makes the DM550 series a perfect backup device for studio, office and home environments."
Technology website slashgear.com has also revealed details of a new USB flash drive by Crooks and Castles which has a capacity of 1GB and is encased in a machine gun bullet.
