Snowflake USB flash drive launched

A new USB flash drive designed to look like a snowflake has been made available for memory uses around the world.

The product has been developed by the Tokyo-based design duo Leslie Leung and Jason Wright-St Clair and gives a wintry feeling to portable memory technology.

Professionals around the world are increasingly using USB flash drives to transport data and while the new devices will not be as unique an actual snowflake it could be the kind of design that many people are after.

To be distributed by the Cina company, the winter-themed device offers four gigabytes of memory storage, Mobile Magazine reports.

Last week, the Imation Corporation announced the launch of a new USB flash drive that at 1.5 inches is roughly the same size as a paperclip but boasts eight gigabytes of data memory storage capacity.
