Transcend's JetFlash V20 unveiled

Electronics manufacturer Transcend has unveiled its new JetFlash V20 (JFV20) USB flash drive.

The device has a 64GB capacity and is compatible with Windows Vista/2000/XP, Mac and Linux operating systems.

According to Transcend, the device has a number of functions including the ability to be used as a PC lock and also to view mobile favourite websites by storing bookmarks on the JFV20.

The USB flash drive also contains the Secret-Zip security system, which compresses and password-protects important files using a "powerful encryption".

In addition, the JFV20 can back-up, restore and synchronise data and be updated to the latest version of JetFlash elite through the company's website.

There have been no confirmed details regarding price and availability of the JFV20 revealed by the manufacturer.

It has been revealed that forthcoming video game Saints Row 2 is to have a special Collector's Edition which comes with a 1GB gold bullet USB 2.0 memory stick.
