Ordering - it's as simple as 1,2,3.......

1) Please select which order form is relevant to you.

If you are ordering against a quote that we have sent you, then please ensure you include the quote number on the order form.

2) Send the Completed Order Form, Artwork and Content Master to us. 
The quickest way of getting your artwork to us is to utilise our easy to use file upload facility - ShareFile. For more information on sending your artwork via ShareFile, please click >> here <<.

If you arrange for your designer to send  us your artwork, please ensure they clearly mark it with your name and / or the Amstore order number. You can also go to the contact us page for our postal and email details. For more information on supplying your master for duplication or replication 

3)  By placing an order with Amstore you agree to our Terms and Conditions. 

Anti-Piracy

Amstore has opted to conform to a worldwide anti-piracy programme set up to help combat Piracy within the replication industry

This requires us to ensure that our customers are fully aware of all the possible licensing requirements on Masters that are sent to us for replication.

We may ask you to fill in the relevant information at the top of the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) form and tick the section that declares whether the entire content of the Master is owned by:

1) The supplier of the master or

2) YOU

please complete section '1' for CD/DVD ROM, '2' for CD Audio and '3' for DVD video and then sign at the bottom.

If however the supplier of the master DOES NOT own the rights to ALL the content of the master, please complete the relevant section and state what content on the master is NOT owned i.e. licensed product such as Acrobat Reader or Quicktime for CD-ROM or music titles for CD Audio where an MCPS licence is required. (We will need to see sight of the relevant licences). 

The final part is to sign the bottom of the form.

Should completion of this form be a problem, you can have the content (IPR) owner of the CD/DVD master complete the 'Grant of Rights' form. This needs to be sent back to us on the IPR owners letter headed paper and must be completed in full.
