A. Outputting your Designs from your Design Application...

Method a) Send the actual design files :

We prefer this whenever possible as it allows us to make adjustments where needed or requested without you needing to re-send everything!  You will need to package ALL fonts and linked images to transfer your design successfully to us:  

Fonts
Send all the fonts you've used or convert your text to curves/ paths/ outlines so that they become un-editable images.

Linked Files
Include all image files that are linked to  the design.  See the reference section below for advice on sizing and preparation of images.

Want to send designs by email?
Your packaged designs will probably take up a lot of space, so you may not be able to send them by email.  Please refer to section 3) on file sizes before deciding to present designs this way via email.

Method b ) Send as a TIFF , JPEG or other file format :

If you're using an application that can Save As or Export the entire design as an image then you could send them this way.   See the reference section below for advice on sizing and preparation of images, as they must be of a high enough quality for printing.

B) Packaging and Sending your designs to us...

Always mark everything you send to us 
Please clearly mark your disk e.t.c. with your name, phone no, and also whether the files are intended for Mac or PC.  Where the audio and the order form is being sent separately please clearly state the name of the person you are sending designs on behalf of.

Produce and include a proof
On a colour printer if possible, and mark each print with the names of the design file and any linked images.

Go to the contacts page for our postal and email details.  If y ou are responsible for just the design elements on behalf of the customer then please co-ordinate with them on whether you forward the design to them or directly to us separately to the order.
