USBs are made up of many components that need to be assembled in a stringent Quality Controlled environment. Poor assembly or poor components will lead to a sub-standard end-product.

We work with well-trained and experienced assembly teams with 6 Samsung SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machines. There are automatic and semi-automatic production lines which includes: Wave Soldering Line,  Assembly Lines and two packaging lines. This is supported by a QC team who perform Drop and Endurance Testing.
 
Since our introduction of Flash Memory in to our range of products & services, we have endeavored to keep improving and innovating. We build a systematic quality management process from raw material identification, storage to every production stage. Quality control is carried out by a number of highly trained inspectors using state of the art equipment.

USB printing and duplication services All raw materials are inspected to meet the RoHS (Restriction on Hazardous Substances) standards before the production. Long-term strategic stable partnerships with key component suppliers ensures the quality and reliability of our product. This has enabled the product to be CE, FCC certified.

Four inspection stages during production and a final product testing prior to packing ensures low defective percentages, typically 0.2%.  Vibration test on finished product package cases and salt fog test on metal parts are also conducted  to ensure products leave manufacturing in a perfect condition. This is backed up with a 1 year manufacturing warranty.
